Included are: a pencil sketch of the proposed site, funding requisition forms, poll books, public notices, school supply lists, a bill from a school furniture company, and numerous letters detailing the creation of this district. Declarations of Office for the trustees and a job request (and letter of recommendation) for Miss E. Vera Alexander are also included (38 pages) |
