Transcript of audio interview - Raised in Edmonton, Bonnie’s heritage is Scottish and English. In WWI, her father was a bombardier and prisoner of war. Later, while working for Air Canada, his family received free passes to go places, and spent many summers with family in Ontario. Throughout Bonnie’s junior and secondary school, and continuing in university, she excelled in sports, and became a phys ed teacher. After raising five children, she loved teaching and coaching in Rochester and Athabasca (13 pages)
