Roy recounts the history of his grandfather, Onesime Bergeron, who moved from North Dakota to Washington state to Morinville, AB to Athabasca, AB. Roy's father, Horace, was one of the twelve Bergeron children. Onesime helped Horace build a sash and door business on Strathcona Street (50th) in c 1913. The business was eventually purchased a bit at a time by Mike Demchuk. Roy talks about his siblings; his mother, Alberta Genereaux; and his schoolfriends (1:42:41 minutes)
