Approval f o r t h i s project i s therefore required under the Havigable Waters Protection Act. When do you plan to apply to the Federal Department of Transport f o r approval of t h i s project under the Navigable Waters Protection Act? Are you aware that anyone who a l t e r s , disrupts or destroys f i s h e r i e s habitat without the approval of the Federal Minister of F i s h e r i e s and Oceans contravenes the Federal F i s h e r i e s Act?
